Big brother is watching you! and he wants to give you a backie!

Seth reminds me a lot of me when I was his age. He's happiest outside and wants to spend every spare minute out on his bike riding about. It's only been a couple of months since his stabilizers were taken off but he's become so confident now that he's picking up passengers and ferrying them about.

I love watching Seth and Opeie play together they are adorable and i couldn't have asked for a more perfect relationship for them. They are caring and they look after each other. There's the occasional verbal disagreement or wrestle but they are boys so it's expected.

Ive been really looking forward to the summer holiday so the boys can spend some quality uninterrupted time together and i will be full embracing the next six weeks.

Little brother is watching you!!!

This morning we had to go and pick up our food shopping for the week which we do every Monday, while at Tesco we decided to have a mooch through the kids clothes as sometimes the supermarkets have interesting t-shirts for the boys. Seth seems to be growing at the rate of the Incredible Hulk at the moment and is growing out of everything really quick. We managed to find him quite a few fun t-shirts including a Goonies one which i am sure you will see crop up in our photo's over the coming weeks, but the boys were most excited about their new matching Ironman pyjama's. Even though it was just before lunch when we got home they both insisted on putting them on.

Opeie was feeling a little left out when Seth reached for his Ironman mask to complement his new attire so after dropping Mrs M at work we ventured to Smyths in search of a matching mask as Opeie just wants to be like his big brother. At bed time it was time for dress up again and they were both very excited, Seth started busting out his Ironman poses and Opeie did everything he could to keep up with his cool big brother!

*UPDATE* - "I did it! I finally killed Batman! In front of a bunch of vulnerable, disabled kids!!! Now get me Santa Claus!"

Just a quick update tonight about last nights post. Seth came home earlier and was really excited about the Fun house and all the characters i had made for him which put a big smile on my face. While we were playing with it he said he wished he had a Mr Freeze mini figure so i got out the mini figure box to see what i could pull together. Ive had seth in stitches most of the night because this is what i came up with...

Seth thought it was hilarious and was playing with it right up until he went to bed. While we were playing tonight i thought i would try something different and take photo's of what was going on and turn it into a mini comic strip.

during our play Opeie was shot with Mr Freeze's ice gun (naughty Mr Freeze), Opeie was then frozen which im quite sure he wasn't very happy about. He then tried to freeze Seth but luckily Seth was well prepared and was carrying a mirror which he pulled out deflecting the ice beam, thus freezing the frosty villain himself. Seth then took his brothers frozen body and placed him next to a fire to thaw him out. Then they had a little cuddle.

Worked out quite well i thought.

The End.
