"The purest and most thoughtful minds are those which love colour the most."

Ive said it on many of my posts and i will probably say it many more times after this one, as much as i love all that is Lego, i definitely favour buying huge bulk loads off ebay or from private sellers. Don't get me wrong the kits out there are great and ive been loving the recent 'monster fighters' range.
But me and Seth love building from scratch. Since we built the Jokers fun house Seth has got a lot more experimental with his building.

We are always on the look out for bulk loads being sold on eBay. A few weeks before Christmas Mrs M spotted some being sold locally and we were lucky enough to win it at the same price as it would cost for two Lego advent calenders...

When i picked the boxes up the chap handed me a huge pile of instructions too, all in perfect condition, the whole lot had barely been played with, it was an absolute bargain. When i got home i did a bit of research on the instructions i had and there was roughly £800 worth of kits in there so as you can imagine i was a very happy boy and i knew Seth would be very excited when he saw it on Christmas day too.

A week before Christmas me and Mrs M decided to sort all of Seth's Lego into colour order ready for the new load at Christmas which took us some time...

On Christmas day Seth was so excited, he's so much like me when it comes to Lego and he couldn't wait to tip the boxes out and go searching for what he calls the 'cool pieces' that go in his 'special bo'x. After going through it all we have a few idea's we want to get started on, one of which is an idea from one of our readers Tricia. So keep reading there will be some fun things coming shortly.

were working on something at the moment but its taking some time as Seth wants to be doing other things too. I'm sure it will be unveiled soon though haha x

I'm sure it wouldn't take you that long once you got stuck in. it was the getting motivated to start that was the problem for us haha. Lets just hope the Lego stays that way x

It did take a good few hours but it was worth it. it was for as much my benefit as Seth's, does make build that little bit easier. Thanks for reading x
